Cancellation Policy

1. Student Cancellation & Rescheduling - Single Class Absence: If the Student cannot attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours' advance written notice is required. The Student will receive access to recorded class materials, assignments, and one (1) scheduled makeup session or office hour slot. Because materials and recorded content are provided, single missed sessions are non-refundable. 2. Student Cancellation & Rescheduling - Full Course Cancellation: If the Parent/Guardian cancels the contract prior to the start of the course, a full refund will be issued. If canceled after the course has begun, any refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions (each session is $12.50) already conducted, minus a $30.00 USD administrative fee. Access to course materials will be revoked upon course cancellation. Tutor Cancellation: In the event the Tutor must cancel a session due to exceptional circumstances, at least 24 hours' notice will be given (except in sudden emergencies). The Tutor will reschedule the missed session at a mutually agreeable time for the class. 3. Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted due to technical or internet failures on the Tutor's end, the lost time will be made up or rescheduled at no extra charge. Disruption on the Student’s end does not guarantee a rescheduled session, though reasonable efforts will be made to assist.
